Terms of Use

1. License Grant
Upon subscribing to our Platform, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Symbols for your personal or business purposes. This license allows you to create and manage projects within the Platform.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by us. You may not distribute, duplicate, resell, or make any part of the Platform available to any third party in its original or modified form without our explicit permission.
3. Subscription and Use
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. Updates
You are entitled to receive updates to the Platform during your subscription period. These updates may include bug fixes, improvements, and new features to enhance your user experience.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available for subscription services due to their nature. However, if you encounter technical issues that we are unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be granted at our sole discretion.
6. Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance or availability. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Browser Support
The Platform is designed to function on Chrome. It is not advised to access the plaform on other browsers until we confirm our support.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.
9. General Provisions
Improper Use: We are not liable for issues arising from improper use of the Platform or use for unintended purposes.
Third-Party Conflicts: We assume no liability for conflicts or incompatibilities with third-party products or services.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Platform.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Symbols, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Platform using your account.
16. Feedback
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Platform is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and/or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such dispute will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based.
